Your bill does not grow when your route does
Skimmer raised its Scaling Up tier from US$1 to US$2 per pool — a 100% increase. At 150 pools that is US$300 a month. Pool Slip is A$59, at 15 pools or 500.

Downgrading never removes a feature
A Skimmer review titled “Small businesses need not apply” records that downgrading a plan also removes features. Here, a downgrade makes uncovered data read-only and deletes nothing — and it takes effect at renewal, not mid-month.

- Billing, invoicing, quoting, route optimisation, an equipment catalogue, a customer portal, QuickBooks, an AI phone receptionist. If you need those today, buy Skimmer. No realistic amount of solo work closes that gap this year.
- They have 700,000 pools of operating experience and we have none
- Their own claim, and there is no reason to doubt the order of magnitude. They have an install base, thousands of reviews, an Orenda chemistry partnership, and a support team. We have one person and no customers.
- Their chemistry integration is better than ours
- Skimmer partners with Orenda. Our dosing is deterministic and states its own derivation, which is a different and narrower claim than being chemistry-literate. We do not compute a saturation index at all.
