Pool Slip vs Pooltrackr
Pooltrackr is the one pool-native competitor genuinely established in Australia, and the comparison people usually get wrong is which plan to compare. Lab is for retail pool shops doing in-store water tests — a business we do not serve. Field is the service-route product, and it is the honest comparator.

Seats you can count before you buy
Pooltrackr charges for additional technicians — their Help Centre describes a slider that “will automatically update the plan’s total amount due”, and notes that giving a Portal Admin mobile access costs “an additional Tech user cost”. The rate appears on no public page. Our Business plan is unlimited seats at a published price.

Our route board renders from the device with no network request at all. Pooltrackr reviews describe an app that is “super slow” and one that “always crashes, whether on my phone or computer”.

Where Pooltrackr is the better choice
Every comparison page in this category is written by a vendor and concedes nothing. This section is why you should believe the rest of this one.
- They own the Australian channel and we cannot buy it
- The Lab plan puts Pooltrackr behind the counter of the pool shops where operators buy their chemicals. That is a distribution position, not a feature, and it is the single strongest thing about their business.
- If you run a shop as well as a route, Pro does something we do not
- Pooltrackr Pro bundles in-store water testing with the service product. We do not serve retail pool shops at all and have no plans to.
- They are established here and we are not
- Years of Australian operators, local support, and a product shaped by this market. We launched with no customers.
- Above roughly A$25 per technician, our unlimited-seat plan wins. Below it, theirs does
